GM/ Head: HR ( Noida)
A very large and renowned garment manufacturer and export house.
Minimum Experience: 15 Years, currently heading HR for an export oriented organisation
HR Head will be responsible for conceiving, planning and implementation of HR Strategy aimed at strengthening the organization through People, Systems and Cultural Transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Board in devising HR Strategy in line with the business strategy of the organization.
- Responsible for review and implementation of SOPS covering entire HR function in the organization.
- Lead the Goal setting and performance evaluation process right from the beginning to the defining of KRAs and objective assessment process.
- Map and define Key Competencies (Functional/ Behavioral)
- Develop and implement Rewards and Recognition initiatives ,
- Design Variable pay matrix, Define thresholds.
- Talent Management and Retentions programs HIPO's Management, define Career Growth plans Succession planning.
- MIS and Analytical Data Management.
- All communication platforms, Mgmt. Meetings etc.
Basic Qualification:
- HR Leader with minimum 15 years of experience.
- Ability of handling the senior stake holders and engage with employees at all levels including blue collar.
