GM/ Head- Accounts and Finance ( Noida)

Organization: A very large and renowned garment manufacturer and export house.

Role would be responsible for the entire Accounts and Finance function; right from SOPs to booking keeping, Accounts Finalization, Cash Flow Management, Managing commercial matters, Budgets and Monitoring, MIS and decision support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Corporate Finance, Book keeping & Accounts, Productivity, Plant efficiencies, Capacity utilization Forecast, Cash flow, Working capital and Fund Mgmt.

- Commercial advice for export /import LC & TT including Incentives-MEIS /Licence scrips etc.

- Budgets & internal Controls, Financial planning, MIS, Financial reviews, red flags/Variations Internal Audit /Statutory Audits, legal compliance, ATR implementation.

- Lay down System and processes and develop SOP's ,for all critical needs Fund raising for Projects, Capex and Investments, Bank Mgmt.

- Direct and Indirect Taxation management

- Stock Audit, Inventory, Raw Materials WIP, Warehouse /Store and Consumables etc.

Basic Qualification:

- CA with 15-20 years Experience - Manufacturing and Trading Co /Export houses /Garment industry Mature and independent profile.

- Well rounded /all-rounder experience, Versatile.

- Can establish financial process /Systems, can design SOP.s, define Controls and Checks matrix Can lead and drive team.

- Hands on approach.
