About our Client - Our client is a leading global conglomerate with a diversified business group in more than 100 countries and over 100,000 employees globally. Recognized as a sector leader, they are looking at starting a new knowledge centre in Mumbai. They are currently looking for a Global HR Business Partner in Mumbai to grow and support their global operations.
Job Description - Reporting to the Global HR Lead & to the CFO , in this role, you will be instrumental in:
- Leading and developing a strategic HR road map for a rapidly expanding business and site operations in collaboration with global stakeholders
- Aligning recruitment, organizational Design, performance management, retention and compensation and other HR workforce strategies
- Driving values, vision and cultural transformation through strengthened leadership and employee communication
- Proactively work to address employee relations issues through strategic management interaction.
- Designing and conceptualising key initiatives and HR policies to build and nurture a knowledge organization
- Effectively manage contract labour issues
The Successful Candidate - You would hold 7+ years of experience in HR Business Partnering, Recruitment, Organization Design, Talent Management & HR Policies in an MNC environment. You would have demonstrated leadership and a proven track record of success. Excellent communication skills and senior stakeholder management skills are a must along with a high level of business acumen. You would be result oriented and have the ability to take on risks.
