GM - FXMM - IB Operations

We are looking for GM Role candidates for MNC IN Pune/ Hyderabad.

He will be directing reporting to Director

Qualification:- Graduates/MBA's with excellent communication skills.

Experience of at least 3-4 years in FXMM (Confirmations/ Settlements, Investigations, Reconciliation & Claims ) and upto 12 -14 years’ experience in IB Operations.

- Should have a good understanding of Trade LifeCycle and at least one product in general

- Fairly good understanding of FXMM or IB related products.Good analytical skills.

- Should have an eye for detail and willing to work in shifts.

- Having worked in a global environment dealing with counterparts globally, will be an added advantage.

- Should have a good understanding of Risk and its mitigating steps

- People Management skills are are must

- Prior experience in doing Process Excellence or Quality projects are desirable

- Should be willing to either work in Pune or Hyderabad as required

- Handling large multi locational teams across multiple functions

- Attending Ops meetings for problem resolution, KPI's discussions, performance management etc

- Responsible for Performance Measurement and Management for both interim and core cycle

- Responsibilities include meeting KPI performance against targets, ensuring that agreed SLA's are met and any operational errors or breaches are resolved within set timelines

- Ability to do in-depth RCA for problem resolution

- Responsible for achieving PeX targets and driving Quality initiatives internally.

- Manage risk and be the client face-off for a region
