GM - Finance - Trading Firm

Our client who is primarily in trading of ferrous and non ferrous metals is looking for a female candidate for overseeing finance,fund raising and strategy and based in Mumbai.

Candidate should be CA+CS or B.E+MBA from good institute.

Key Responsibilities:

The incumbent will be responsible for coordination of financial activities . Main duties will include but not be limited to

- Managing India office - Overseeing day today finance / fund planning, audit, HR, IT, operations etc.

- Fund raising: Preparing project reports, projections, CMA data, investor presentations, project reports for all finance related requirement. Attending international conferences, holding investor meetings, activation banking network both within and outside India.

- Analysis of budget data to identify outcomes and trends and make recommendations towards projections and forecasting.

- Hedging of foreign currency & Interest rate exposure, should have excellent knowledge of financial derivatives.

- Conducting financial feasibility of project, preparation of project report & exposure to project finance.

- Prepare business strategies on finance acquisition, investment, deployment and recovery.

- Analyzing group level operations and making recommendations to management on cost control, growth etc.

- Ensure all assets have optimum utilization and deliver high yields in all business endeavors and projects.

- Periodically review finance strategies to align the same with market, finance market in general, construction / mining industry in particular.

- Support MD / Directors on day-to-day operations.

- Ensure smooth functioning of organization.

Willingness to Travel: Should have a valid passport and be willing to travel to international locations including West Africa for small durations.
