GM - Finance - Mfg

Currently we have a senior vacancy as GM-Finance with our clients who are an extremely large, profitable, rapidly expanding, professionally managed Indian manufacturing organisation (part of one of India's WellKnown groups) having multi-locational manufacturing operations - World leaders in their field. The position is based in Gujarat State & reports to the President. Our clients offer excellent salary/perks and career growth paths.

Job Profile: Will head & manage all financial and accounting functions for the manufacturing operations. Will be responsible for all business decisions along with the leadership team. Will lead a team of accounting & taxation professionals.

KRAs:

- Handling Finance, accounts, MIS

- Policy and Procedures - Commercial and Administration

- Finalisation and Consolidation of the Financial Results

- Formulating budgets, conducting profitability & variance analysis

- Cost modelling and cost structure identification

- Preparation of capital investment business cases

- Negotiating and syndicating working capital & long term asset

- Debtors and creditor controls

- Manage bankers, insurers, vendors, statutory authorities, customs agents

- Responsible for Commercial functions

Candidate Profile: CAs with 9-15 years handson experience in Finance and Accounts, Operations and Corporate

Planning & Analysis, taxation, internal audit process, fund management, MIS, budgeting, forecasting, process & systems in mulitlocational manufacturing organisations.
