GM - Finance - Industrial/Mfg/Mining

Job Profile :

- Arrange to Prepare the company's financials on monthly basis and coordination with the corporate finance for finalisation with group balance sheet.

- Ensure all asset and yield in all business endeavors and projects.

- Long terms, short term and day to day fund flow forecast and management.

- Evolve financial risk in various joint ventures for project and investment finance analysis and Due Diligence.

- Management of Working Capital and Project Capital.

- Prepare business strategies on finance acquisition, investment, deployment and recovery.

- Sourcing fund at most economical rate of interest from various avenues including FDI.

- Establish strategies for encashing value for idle assets and WIP inventories.

- Periodically review finance strategies to align the same with market, finance market in general, construction / realty industry in particular.

- Liaisons work with local Govt officials , Public Relation work, Managing Clearances through Govt. Authorities, Affiliated with Trade bodies

- Analysis & finalizing various contracts / agreements from financial point of view and negotiation of contract terms with suppliers , documentation related Mining acquisition & Agreement ;

- Manage internal & external affairs for effective utilization of resources, Taking care of Business Operations and Statutory aspects.

- Evaluate possibilities of partnerships and collaborations through the development of high level relations with authorities and organizations in the mining sector.

- leading and motivating teams to achieve business objectives

- Build a team anchored in group values and motivated to achieve its vision and mission.

SAP knowledge is must

Desired Profile

- CA with 20 years experience preferably in mining / manufacturing industry at overseas location.

- Should have worked at ovearseas location in mining / manufacturing companies. Preparation of budgetary & commercial offers/ tenders and technical proposals.

- Must have strong background in project accounting, fund management, strategic planning, investment decisions, capital structuring and overall financial analysis.

- Should have high energy levels with good contacts in banks and financial institutions with proven track record.

- Must have knowledge and experience in budgetary control, analysis of financial results in multiple granularities, hands on experience in root cause analysis, project monitoring and preparation of management reports critical for a global organization.

- Should be well aware of international markets and trade policy, commercial developments, contract law, excise, sales tax, VAT, Import & Export, customs rules & regulations.

- Having good exposure to vetting foreign collaborations agreements , joint venture agreements , purchase sale agreements, long term contracts, development agreements, loan agreements & documentation, bank guarantees etc.

- Must have experience in SAP FI/CO

Having good experience in

- Implement the financial policies of the company

- Planning and administration of business plans budget and forecasts.

- Mobilization of short term funds and deployment of surplus

- Management of the accounting functions

- Catalyze cost reduction efforts

- Financial analysis of decisions

- Costing and pricing

- Effective implementation of internal controls as per company guidelines.

Qualification : CA

Experience : around 20 years
