GM - Finance - CA/ICWA - Oil & Gas/Power/Energy

CA / ICWA with 12-15 Yrs of experience.

- Financial Modeling, Project viability study, Project Finance Arrangement, Fund raising

- Accounts finalization and filing of Tax return and approval assessment of tax with authorities.

- Liaison with Banks & Financial Institutions.

Budget should be Rs. 12.00 lakhs - Rs. 15.00 lakhs p/a.

Reporting to Sr.Vice President (Fin).

Job Descriptions:

- Managing the books of accounts of the company from data entry to finalization in an ERP environment.

- Computation, payment of and full compliance with statutory requirements related to all direct, taxes, indirect taxes and obligations including Income tax, TDS, Sales tax, Excise, Service Tax, PT, ESIC and PF.

- Liaisoning with the respective Government Departments.

- Knowledge of Import/Export, Letter of Credit will be an added advantage.

- Managing internal and external audits, scrutiny of books of accounts.

- MIS reporting of Accounts and Finance department.

- Presenting MIS to Board of Directors and other stake holders, prospective JV partners.
