Company profile- Tier 1 supplier to Auto Industry/OEM's.

Industry preference- Only from Manufacturing based organization.

It's a HOD level. This position reports directly to Executive Director.

Job profile:

Establishing budgets, designing business plans & strategies for maximizing profitability & revenue generation; monitoring budgets

Ensure proper systems in place wrt General Accounting, Costing, Budgets and Financial Management

Banking; Working Capital Management; Project Financing

Audit -- Statutory & Internal

Taxation - Direct & Indirect

Reports for Board Meetings

Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls

Ensure compliance with all statutory regulation and requirements to GST/ Service Tax.

Knowledge (Technical / Functional)

Business Knowledge, Personal Credibility, Execution Excellence, Service Orientation, Strategic Thinking & Alignment, Change Orientation, Talent Management, Team Leader, Strategic Thinker. Hands on experience of working in SAP/ORACLE environment.
