Basic Responsibilities:

- Accountable for smooth functioning of Maintenance, HK, F&B, Security, and External Transport

- Responsible for adequate staffing for all departments for effective functioning of all support services and ensure adequate teams are available day to day.

- Review SOPs and monitor effective implementation and wherever necessary.

- Create periodical reporting system, obtain reports and prepare MIS reports periodically, presenting to the management, identify the scope to improve quality of services.

- Conduct regular review meetings and prepare action plan to improve services.

- Planning for future requirements of the hospital.

- Create daily and weekly reporting system of respective department and in turn accountable to submit analysis to COO.
