- Smooth functioning of facility operations on Site (Residential and commercial)

- Ontime completion of Maintenance work. Maintain records of daily, weekly and month activities.

- Ontime submission of MIS and reports.

- Checking that agreed work by staff or contractors on Site has been completed satisfactorily and following up on any deficiencies; Responding appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise.

Candidates only from Real Estate or IPC from Bangalore will be considered for this position
