Role
- Responsible for managing site operations and ensuring client delight in addition to achiev-ing financial objectives.
Cand Profile
- MBA HR 2 yrs full time degree
A track record of delivery in the areas of planning and delivering of employee relation initiatives.
- Demonstrable experience of managing contentious people issues effectively together with high levels of emotional intelligence and strong inter-personal and communication skills.
- Experience of managing and developing a team.
- Ideally possess a sound generalist HR background with experience of managing people and a wide understanding of people issues.
- Able to demonstrate up-to-date training and experience in employment law.
- Proven management skills and experience.
