Roles and Responsibilities:
- Position is a part of CEO's office and aims to assist CEO in driving critical initiatives.
- Conduct strategic internal project management, follow-ups with other practice leaders on key information, produce leadership presentations and liaise with finance stakeholders to keep track of P&L performance
- Managing the investor deck and enhancing the content regularly
- Have regular touchpoints with all the function/business leaders and ensure that the CEO is informed proactively about any issues/escalations
- Forecasting and MIS support on key business metrics for internal analytics on market & competition
- Work on some of the most critical strategic projects which will shape the future of business, and get them delivered on time and with expected quality
- Maintain a regular stakeholder interaction for constant flow of information on delivery status, expectations, exceptions, process changes and new opportunities.
Desired Candidate Profile:
An ideal candidate would be an Engineering and a Management Graduate from a premier institute, with 4-8 years of experience in similar role with reputed organizations.
