GM/Director Sales (Project Management - Real Estate)

- Responsible for Developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve your financial targets. Sales director duties will include hitting annual targets, building relationships and understanding customer trends.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- This role will help coordinate Pan India project management sales activities, implementing improved goal setting/tracking/reporting, market opportunity identification and sales funnel optimization.

You will help identify world-class sales talent, partnering with business leaders to keep an active pipeline of candidates.

- You will lead the deployment of tools that ensure our proposals exceed quality expectations and business requirements and leverage digital platforms, including Salesforce, to help manage and report on our global pipeline of sales activity.

- You will work with a wide array of leaders and be responsible for formulating and implementing the business development strategies based on the strategic directions and targets of the business; lead business development programs and initiatives, be accountable for the deliverables and outcomes, act as a thought partner and advisor to the business lines in their own specific business development activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Responsible for managing/monitoring/reporting of Pan India sales activities, including dashboarding and regular executive business reviews

- Supports business leaders with market development strategies, including using data to identify opportunities and optimize sales cycle.

- Supports the Coordination and governance of sales activity throughout the sales process, including qualification, discovery, proposal, pricing presentation and negotiation.

- Manage Pan India sales program to include: Talent and Team pipeline development and tracking, Commercial governance, Solution and proposal development processes and quality assurance, Salesforce database management, Knowledge sharing and training initiative management.

- Establishes relationships with key decision-makers across various organizational levels.

- Assists in the preparation of the business' marketing and business development budgets.

- Evaluates industry and business trends and analyzes performance and responds with necessary business change.

- Manages and achieves financial, operational and other measures as defined in deliverables and/or KPI's (Key Performance Indicators) established for the role

Qualification And Experience:

1. BE & MBA Preferred from a Reputed Institute with 15+ years of related experience in business development of Real Estate Projects and/or Real Estate consulting preferred from BIG 4.

2. Last Five year's experience in commercial real estate developing outsourcing solutions, pricing, and organization development models.

3. CoreNet membership and participation in local and regional events.

4. Requires advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissions.

5. Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret various types of business documents such as complex and lengthy RFP documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations.

6. Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills.

7. Technically savvy with solid experience in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and Outlook.

8. Advanced Excel skills preferred. Experience working with large data sets and decipher multiple types of RFP models preferred.

9. The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial, problem solving and action oriented. They will excel at program management of large, complex and virtual teams, ensuring deadlines are met and results are excellent. The role will work across Business Leaders and will frequently participate in, or lead, large scale business efforts that transform our go-to-market strategy.
