GM/DGM - Sales & Marketing

- 20 to 25 years sales and marketing experience in building materials/ FMCG/ consumer durable products industry out of which a minimum of 5 years as regional/ zonal head of marketing in a large company

- Any graduation with 2 years fulltime PG/ PG diploma in Business Administration with Marketing as specialization

- Responsible for achieving the targeted volume of sales of around Rs.1000 crores, promoting the brand and improving market share, maintaining and developing dealer network, driving the performance of the state sales team and ensuring stringent adherence to credit management policies of the company

- Candidate should have successful track record in marketing and should display high energy levels in motivating and leading the team in an aggressively-competitive market
