Job Responsibilities :-

1. Lead and manage the R&D team, providing technical guidance and fostering a collaborative environment.

2. Drive the development and innovation of power electronics products, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market trends, customer requirements, and opportunities for business growth.

4. Utilize customer insights to guide the development of customer-centric power electronics solutions.

5. Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners to support business development efforts.

6. Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and technical discussions to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions.

7. Atleast 1-2 products designed & developed are in manufacturing & in market
