GM/DGM - Property Management - Real Estate

Currently there is an opening for a GM to DGM level who have experience in handling Property Management in a Real estate firm.

We are on a lookout for,

15+ years relevant post qualification experience Property Management in the Real estate- Residential segment, of which the last 3 years should have been in a leadership role. Exposure to mixed development experience will be an added advantage.

Experience in building and managing teams

Experience in managing multiple projects across different locations

Master of Business Administration from a reputed institute

Engineering background preferred.

Strong client management and customer focus

Excellent inter personal, communications, public speaking, and presentation skills
