About our Client - Our Client is one of the largest PE firms within Real estate sector with more $1bn of funds under management. They are looking to expand extensive sly PAN India and hence are looking to hire an experienced real estate finance professional in their Corporate Office.

Job Description - Reporting into Director Finance and handling a team of atleast 10 qualified professionals, your key responsibilities would be as follows:

- Handle the total Banking and Treasury function including reviews of bank performance.

- Review bills and approvals for vendors and manage their Accounts Payable process.

- Prepare and review financial statements and therefore financial reporting to investors to top management and investors.

- Handle End to End accounting in various standards like IGAAP/USGAAP

The Successful Candidate -

- You must be a Qualified Accountant CA/CPA with atleast 10+ years of post qual experience.

- You must have excellent exposure to Finance and Accounting, Treasury, Financial Reporting and project management within a either of the following industries:

- PE firm (investing into Real Estate).

- Consulting BIG 4 firms with exposure to Real Estate.

- Tier 1 Real Estate Firms.

- You should also have had handled banking relationships in the past. IFRS and USGAAP expertise would be preferred. Team handling experience essential.
