- Fixing up site visits for clients and briefing them about the whole project.
- Convincing them on the property investment and its benefits.
- Generating referrals from existing Orris customers
- Complete satisfaction of the customer from site visit to handover of the project.
- Suggesting the best property to the clients based on their requirements and budget.
- Meticulous follow up with the clients and pursuing them for investing in Orris.
- Participating in property exhibitions and generating database of prospective home buyers.
- Working for accomplishing self and team target.
- Executing agreements within stipulated time frame.
Skills Required :
- Leadership skills.
- Candidate must have good communication and negotiating skills.
- Candidate should be presentable.
- Having fair idea of Gurgaon Real Estate market.
