MBA /Post Graduate degree in Human Resource Management

17-20 experience in Human Resources (Talent Acquisition,Talent Management,Employee relations,HRBP )in the Automotive /Manufacturing sector

People management/development experience required.

Demonstrated success in developing strategy, driving process improvement and effective partnering to lead critical business change.

Excellent planning, decision-making, and communication skills, Team player etc

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of employees
