About our Client - Our client is one of India's leading conglomerates, with interests in chemicals, manufacturing and construction. Growing aggressively both in India and overseas, they are looking for a GM - Finance and Accounts for the second-largest company in their group, based out of Worli.

Job Description - Reporting to the CFO, you will:

- Head the Corporate Accounts Division and monitor day to day activities

- Manage statutory accounts and regular maintenance of quarterly and annual accounts

- Handle group consolidation activities

- Provide MIS and periodic updates to the finance heads of the group

- Rationalize and liaise-with internal and statutory auditors

The Successful Candidate - You will be a CA with at least 14 years post-qualification experience. You will have demonstrated excellence in planning & analysis, and would have led teams in the past. Strong business acumen, excellent communication skills and proven expertise in driving external audit teams are a must.
