TITLE: General Manager/Chief General Manager HR Operations

REPORTING TO: CHRO functionally and State CRO's administratively

RESPONSIBLE FOR: 6 states (MP/Chhattisgarh, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Jharkhand,

DIRECT REPORTEES: Appx 180 HR/Admin staff

BASED AT: Bhopal Corporate office

SKILL SET: HR Generalist, Talent Acquisition, Compensation and benefits, Training, Performance Management, Gallop, Payroll Administration, Facilitation skills, very high execution ability, hard core operational, excellent HR practices, conflict resolution, ER skills, culture management, high on EQ, passion for detailing, preferred multilocational exposure, extrovert and tech savvy

PREFERRED BACKGROUND: B Category Business school, experience 15-18 years, age maximum 45 years

PREFERRED INDUSTRY: Services, hospitality, FMCG, Auto etc.

OTHERS: This role is a succession plan to the current CHRO and it is expected that the candidate moves in into this role within 1.5 to 2 yrs. The role involves min 7-10 days of travel pm. Selected candidate must have to move into Bhopal with family. Candidate is expected to join within 1 month from offer. Notice will be taken care off by company. Co will also arrange for kids school administration in Bhopal.
