Our client, based out of Bangalore, is looking for young and smart HR professionals. You will get an opportunity to work closely with the leadership team of the company and devising HR policies.

Position: GM- C&B and HR Business Partnering

Reporting to - Head HR

Responsibilities:

To work closely with the leadership team

Lead C&B and HR business partnering functions

Devise smart HR policies to benefit the organization

Deal with internal customers

Change management

Desired profile:

2004-2006 batch from Top 4-5 MBA institutes

More experience in C&B, less in HR business partnering.

Target companies: all sectors

Candidate should have experience of working in corporate headquarters of company

Consulting background is also ok, but 4-5 years of corporate experience is mandatory.
