Job Title: Business Head –Delhi/Bengaluru

Location: Delhi/Bengaluru

Reporting to: Operations Head

The Position:

Business Head will be fully responsible for the P&L of the Region. The Head will have primary responsibility for planning managing, and controlling the Cab Operations in the region, and in addition will be directly responsible for revenue targets, business development, and maintaining good relationship with all key stakeholders.

Essential Functions

- To manage the Car Rental operations in an effective manner and to ensure 100% implementation of processes and procedures

- To work closely with the control and dispatch centre

- To plan and implement marketing strategies which will enable target achievement of the region on quarterly basis

- To plan, monitor and manage the budget of the region and ensure minimum discrepancies

- Explore new Business opportunities to grow the business

- Will be fully responsible for ensuring that Marketing , Control and Dispatch Centre, Quality and Operations departments are working together to ensure that the overall objective of the region/State is met as per the business plan

Qualification / Experience

MBA or a Postgraduate in Business Management, from a reputed management institute with experience in Sales & Operations.
