GM - Business Development - Travel

Wanted a Business Development GM level person, for a vertical called TravelClinic.in in the organization Orchid Corporates Services India Pvt. Ltd.

The organization is a 12 year old organization with multiple lines of business such as Travel, Events,
Technology, Real Estate and Corporate Marketing.

The vertical has product lines related to corporate travel, MICE, Frequent Individual travel, Conferences - outbound and domestic etc.

There organization is stepping into setting up an online portal for travel as well in the next quarter.

The person needs to essentially have a travel sales background with min of 10 years of experience. The following
Skills and attributes are critical:

1. An out-an-out networker

2. A brilliantly smart and networking bent of mind

3. Outstanding communication and influencing skills

4. A hard negotiater

5. Should be a top grader in interpersonal skills with the capability of converting negative minded customers to positive minded ones.

6.. Entrepreneurial bent of mind will be important

7. This is a team leader's role and this person will report to Director - Travel Clinic.in

We have offices in Delhi, Bangalore, Dubai, Singapore and China.

Bombay office will also be opening shortly.
