- Candidates from top MBA colleges with 4+ years of marketing experience in FMCG / Consumer durable/ retail companies in brand Marketing can apply

The firm has also hired some senior talent from the industry to widen its management bandwidth. The company will be entering in Hyderabad this month and will follow it up with Ahmadabad, Pune, Mumbai, Jaipur, Chandigarh, Kolkata, Indore, Bhopal among others, They have created 243 operators entrepreneurs who give us access to their fleet of nearly 4000 cabs in Bangalore, NCR and Chennai.

Job Purpose: Ensure the organisation is the first choice for customers in the Indian taxi and car rental space

Key Performance Indicators:

- Make the organisation preferred choice among consumers

Establish a brand image and positioning:

- Gain consumer insight w.r.t. the category

- Understand multiple segments and use cases, across cities

- Create communication plan to reach out to each segment

- Competitor activity tracking and planning accordingly - city-wise

- Plan, create, execute and measure communication plan with the ad and media agency

- City-based budgeting, planning, execution and measurement of all media efforts

- Manage the corporate and brand image through PR efforts

- Create communication across online and offline channels to create and maintain our brand image among our stakeholders (consumers, media, drivers, investors & employees)

- Marketing tie-ups for visibility and marketing synergy

- Manage social media marketing

Get internal teams to deliver on the brand image and promise:

- Build and manage the marketing team to manage communication, research and tie-ups as separate verticals

- Communicate the brand promise to the internal stakeholders till it’s ope rationalized

- Create a consumer redressal system to minimize a negative image on social platforms

Top of mind and positive recall:

- Repeat customer management

- Create a preference for efficient channels of booking – mobile and web

Money: Salary - not a constraint for right candidate and is better than the market.

Location: Bangalore
