General Manager BPM
Job role-
- To drive a performance management culture in the GSC, and to effectively improve the overall performance of the GSC, through:
- Always challenging the status quo, and continuously focusing on what really matters for the business
- Driving visibility in performance information across the GSC organization, to develop actionable insights on performance relevant for the Unit.
- Define framework for performance management across the GSC, and ensure alignment both towards external stakeholders and internally in the GSC
- Guide the centre on oversight of overall GSC performance, and comparison to external benchmarks
- Collate performance data for clusters, to ensure end to end view of performance is available
Responsibilities
Individual
- Engage with ML BPMs
- Build BPM community in GSC
- Define, maintain and govern overall list of KPIs for GSC
- Develop an d maintain overall GSC scrorecard
- Manage strategic project portfolio in GSC
- Own and manage GSLT operating model
- Facilitate monthly performance management process
- Manage overall performance database for GSC
- Manage production of all centralised performance reports in GSC
Shared
- Manage overall performance of GSC through BPM network
- Improved business performance
- Head of GSC is able to hold objective requiews with GSLT
- Relevance of performance measures to the organisation
- Robustness of performance dialogues throughout the organisation based on data
- Transparency of performance across organisation
Performance management experience (preferably in BPO industry)
