Roles and Responsibilities Strategic Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for defining and driving talent acquisition strategies and reviewing it periodically in line with the evolving needs of the Businesses and market trends.
2. Monitor end-to-end talent acquisition process for and taking a lead on attracting, sourcing, assessing, hiring and on boarding the best talent.
3. Maintain accurate records and conduct timely process audits to ensure process compliance and quality.
4. Evaluate the effectiveness of talent acquisition processes to improve the overall talent acquisition strategy.
5. Establish and facilitate roll-out of robust induction and onboarding framework for new hires to facilitate a quick assimilation to the Group philosophy and work culture.
6. Actively benchmark and accordingly upgrade talent acquisition practices to attract top talent.
Must Have Knowledge, Skills & Experiences HR Strategy and Governance - Experience of defining functional annual charter in collaboration with CEO and HR Head
