Position – AVP/VP Staffing

Reports To – CEO

Experience – 10 to 18 years.

Location - Bangalore

The VP Staffing is going to be a member of the executive management team and is responsible for the sales and marketing efforts to strategic staffing clients and prospects. He/she will work closely with the CEO and Sr Management Team and will completely own the practice including P&L. He/ She shall be responsible in building this practice from ground zero and will also focus strategically in terms of designing, hiring and implementing a plan for increasing sales and generating specific targeted revenue growth in the International Staff Augmentation business.

Job Requirements

- At least 12 to 15 years of demonstrated success and increasing responsibility in International Staffing Business.

- A creative and dynamic professional capable of translating Staffing Business into meaningful additional revenues

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to utilize key management data tools within the proprietary IT backbone of the organization

- A great deal of market knowledge with the ability to contribute to the strategic direction of the company as it grows.

- Proven interpersonal, negotiation and organizational abilities

- Ability to articulate a concept and sell an intangible

- Results orientation: This executive will rigorously hold himself/herself and others accountable for achieving high levels of individual and organizational performance, while possessing a “roll-up the sleeves” attitude toward getting things done in an entrepreneurial environment.

- The successful candidate possesses "razor sharp" intelligence, is self-confident, influential and effective when interacting with superiors, peers and subordinates

- The individual chosen for this highly critical role will have excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills; also will be an extremely persuasive and a skillful negotiator. Willing to travel as needed to secure and develop key business initiatives

- Charismatic leader able to conduct corporate motivational quarterly presentations as well as deliver persuasive client presentations with high rate of close ratios

- "Roll up their sleeves" type of individual to do whatever it takes to get the job done

- Strong written and verbal skills; keeps channels of communication open for a continuing and effective exchange of information; possesses equally strong listening skills, objectively considers others’ ideas and opinions

- Energetic, proactive leader who displays enthusiasm for her/his work

- Exhibit assertiveness, inspiration, strong perception, insightfulness and creativity

- Establish and maintain effective working relationships across the organization

- Unquestionable business and personal integrity, discretion and judgment
