- Developing & Taking Lead for various OD interventions
- Talent Development & Transformation - Launching the Annual Talent Review for identifying and developing high potential employees and succession planning for critical positions in HR, Corporate.
- Competency Management - Developing an Internal Talent Mobility Framework for identifying and ensuring the movement of key talent
- Working with CHRO and key leaders to finalize the HR budget for the current FY and developing Key talent Management Strategies.
- Employee Lifecycle Management, Workforce planning. Employee Policies Design and Administration,
- Compensation and Benefits - Compensation benchmarking, pay bands design, Job evaluation and grading, new hire salary governance, compensation structuring, streamlining of Variable Pay plan
- Employee Engagement - Employee engagement survey design, communication plan design and execution, survey data analytics and interpretation, results communication and action planning
