Job Responsibilities: (Volume Hiring- Technology)

- The incumbent in the role will lead the Talent Acquisition efforts and programs for the location- strategize, budget on the recruitment portfolio across all levels & positions - volume hiring.

- The incumbent in the role will act as an advisor to our stakeholders across business and HR on Staffing activities.

- He/She will set strategic direction for the function and bring in great execution skills to deliver value to the business.

Candidate Requirement:

Candidate Requirement: 16+ years of experience with experience in handling end to end talent acquisition from IT Services Organization with very good exxposure in volume/ bulk hiring
