GM/AVP Regulatory Compliance

Qualifications: CA preferred

Responsibilities:

- Leading the Compliance Monitoring & Testing vertical. The incumbent will play a crucial role in conducting Compliance reviews, providing assurance to the Chief Compliance Officer, and ensuring adherence to compliance standards.

- To review that the applicable Regulatory and Statutory laws are being adhered to across various Project sites, Buildings, Clubs, and internal company processes by conducting comprehensive compliance review activities according to the Compliance review plan.

- Prepare detailed reports highlighting findings and observations, emphasizing areas of non-compliance and potential risk.

- Keep the Chief Compliance Officer and senior management informed of compliance findings, offering recommendations for corrective actions.

- Identify opportunities for process, policy, and quality improvements.

- Recognize deficiencies and areas for enhancement, collaborating with stakeholders to develop strategies for remediation with defined timelines.

- Assist CCO in driving the Compliance framework and strengthening the functional capabilities.

- Candidates with working knowledge of the regulatory environment, particularly in relation to Real Estate will be preferred.
