Media Management and Public Relations :

- Media outreach campaign management: Lead and orchestrate comprehensive communication campaigns, with a focus on organic media engagement, to uphold and enhance the image and reputation of development business.


- This will encompass both new and existing projects within Development portfolio across various regions-nationally, internationally, and regionally within India-and across multiple product segments (Premium, Luxury, and Super-Luxury).

- Product Focus stories: Homes projects, SCOs.

- Non-Product Focus Areas: brand, heritage, sustainability initiatives, community, industry trends, thought leadership, and high-profile industry events.

- Awards and Recognitions: Strategically manage participation and nominations for accolades and achievements to further solidify leadership in the sector.

- Event Participation: Plan and manage participation in significant industry events to promote brand visibility and leadership.

- Crisis Communication: Develop and execute crisis communication strategies to mitigate potential risks, manage brand reputation, and engage with both regional and national media. This includes crafting campaigns that highlight the positive contributions of helping to counterbalance any negative press.

- Super-Luxury Portfolio: Curate content-driven communication campaigns with specific guidelines for Super-Luxury offerings.

- Tier-1 Media Engagement: Maintain an exclusive engagement with top-tier media outlets, positioning not only as the leading real estate company but as a standout brand among India's premier conglomerates and promoter-led enterprises, as an part of even Fortune 500 companies.

- International Media Management: Coordinate and manage media engagements, either independently or with partners, in key international markets such as the UK, USA, Singapore, Hong Kong, Middle East & Africa (MEA), Australia, and Canada.

- Support for Foundation: Provide strategic counsel and oversight for the Foundation's organic media strategy.

Brand Marketing Initiatives:

- Curate and manage the creation of four distinct community magazines with a combined annual total of 24 issues

- Provide content support and editorial oversight for brand managers in the creation of various marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, and letters.

- Draft speeches and letters on behalf of leadership for both internal and external communications.

- Online Reputation Management (ORM): Monitor digital conversations about and relay insights to relevant departments (Business, CRM, Marketing, etc.) to address concerns and safeguard the brand's image.

- Create Media EDMs to assist sales and marketing teams during customer outreach initiatives.

- Collaborate with the digital team to oversee content for social media and customer engagement campaigns on owned platforms.

- Provide research and industry insights, ensuring relevant data and talking points are readily available for use by the sales and marketing teams.

Additional Skills and Responsibilities:

- Budget Management: Plan and oversee annual budgets, track expenditures, and justify investments with a clear focus on achieving targeted ROI.

- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement monthly, quarterly, and annual strategies for both new project launches and ongoing initiatives.

- Team and Vendor Management: Lead the internal content and communications team, while also managing external partners including PR agencies (both national and international), publishers, printers, photographers, creative agencies, and digital media agencies.

- Media Networking: Build and nurture relationships with key media figures to establish credibility and foster strong partnerships.

- Content Development & Copywrtiging: Possess exceptional copywriting and editing skills for both long-form and short-form content.

- Creative and Detail-Oriented: Demonstrate a keen eye for detail and creativity, with the ability to support the broader marketing function.

- Leadership and Organizational Skills: Exhibit strong managerial and organizational abilities to ensure seamless project execution.

- Interpersonal and Presentation Skills: Display outstanding interpersonal and presentation skills, capable of engaging diverse stakeholders.

- Public Speaking: Strong public speaking abilities are essential for this role, with the ability to represent the brand in a confident and articulate manner to all kinds of external stakeholders.
