Position Summary: Responsible for selling Residential properties in Super Luxury Segment in Delhi & Gurgaon

Job Specifications
Education: BA/B.Com & MBA
Experience:
12 to 20 yrs of selling products in Luxury / Super Luxury segment and dealing with customers in HNI / Ultra HNI category

Job Responsibilities:
- Preparing Sales plan and Sales targets for the team, monitoring and ensuring achievement of Sales targets.
- Creating database of potential customers through various channels for the super luxury properties of the company.
- Regular interface with the existing customers to generate further leads.
- Meeting the clients, giving presentations about the product,
- Facilitating site visits of the customers, resolving their queries and closing the sale.
- Meeting sales organizers/brokers on a regular basis, updating them on the stock availability of new projects, price revision etc. and also helping them in closing sales.
- Project handling, coordinating with planning department for layout plans, application forms. Interacting with advertising agency for the brochure design and promotional activities.
- Interface with Corporate communications department / advertisement agency to workout effective media plan for the product and ensuring its reach out to the target audience.
- Organizing road shows along with financial institutions / channel partners as sales promotional activities.
- Relationship management with the existing customers and resolving their grievances & generate further leads through them.
- Coordinating with the customer services team to ensure timely and proper redressal of customers grievance
- Competition analysis including tracking of new launches by the competitors on a regular basis and workout appropriate strategies to tackle competition.
- Working closely with the sale team, monitoring their progress and helping them in meeting their targets.
- Training and development of the Sales team to facilitate their professional development.
