GM/AVP (Mainframe and Midrange Services)

Location : Bangalore

Role Specification :

Qualification : BE/M. Tech

Relevant Experience : 15+ yrs for in Mainframe development, COE and Practice

Essential :

- Minimum of 10 years in Mainframe development/modernization work

- Should have run COE or Mainframe practice

- Should have good presales experience

- Should have led a strong Mainframe team - 300 People COE

Role Description :

- The incumbent in this role is required to manage the practice and grow Mainframe and Midrange business

- Has to manage a team of 400+ people

Key Responsibilities :

- Support the Industry Group sales team for Mainframe/Midrange business

- Direct responsibility of delivery and team building

- Responsible for qualifying, proposing, negotiating, and closing MF/Midrange services opportunities.

- Build credible and lasting relationships with prospects and customers for repeat business

- Team management

- Team building

- Delivery management and quality of service

KRA :

- Pursuing business that supports MF/Midrange strategic sales and business plans

- Support Industry Group BDMs to grow MF/Midrange business

- Meet and exceed revenue targets consistently.

- Delivering service quality consistently month-to-month.

- Delivering new business that encompasses all service offerings

- Managing presales effectively
