GM / AVP - Finance

I am currently looking out for Finance / Risk/ Compliance/ Audit professionals preferably from Big4 consulting firm or Venture Capital firm in India.

Our client is one of the Largest and Oldest Venture capital firm in India. The role requires Chartered Accountant with 6 to 10 years of Post Qualification experience

A candidate could either come from Audit firms / Venture capital firms having expertise in the following;

- Finance

- Risk & Compliance

- Investment process review

- Preparing cash flows

- As a Finance professional, you will be responsible for Preparing actual and budgeted cash flows to enable the management committee to take accurate decisions on making capital calls. Calculation of distributable surplus income. Reviewing Investment / Exit process documents to funding.

- Devising tax efficient structures and SPVs.

- Conversant with structuring & relating documentation for Funds based in India and Abroad. Helping the Head of Finance in preparation of internal as well as external presentations. Good understanding of IT system relating to investment process. Valuation of portfolio companies in the financials.
