GM/AVP - Cost Controller - Real Estate/Infra

- Establish and prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly MIS reports and systems for forecasting of Estimate to Complete

- Prepare and establish Project Control policies and procedures

- Introduce Cost Control System and Revenue Tracking System

- Structure meetings with All BU Head for discussing Project wise budget, Cost incurred, expected cost to complete with detail explanation on changes if any once month /Quarterly/Half Yearly /Yearly

- Keeping abreast of current best practice in Costing

- Prepare standard costing based on budgeted figures

- Sound knowledge of product costing & Pricing
