- Otipy is India's first social commerce platform connecting end-consumers to farmers through a community of resellers (mainly women). It is building a scalable, demand-driven, and tech-enabled supply chain for fresh produce that moves farm produce from farm to fork in less than 12 hours, giving consumers unparalleled freshness. We work closely with 20,000+ resellers across Delhi-NCR and serve over 4 Lakh consumers with fresh produce at their doorstep.
- Otipy sources fresh fruits and vegetables from 10,000+ farmers across Haryana, UP, Delhi, Gujarat, Himachal Pradesh, Karnataka, Rajasthan, Maharashtra, and many more. Our Mission is to transform the consumption habits of Indian households by providing healthy farm-fresh produce and providing our farmers technical to modernize farming, and buying the product at a fair price every day. Top 6 things you will do in your role:
- Lead of Analytics will proactively work with business executives and various departmental heads across the business / geographies to provide advanced analytic data modeling systems
- Deploy visualization tools and techniques such as R, Tableau, DataZen, PowerBI & Infographics to build comprehensive dashboards
- Identifies opportunities for improving business processes through detailed and thorough root cause analysis.
- Develop, Lead and scale of analytics team/ function. Incubate and develop an analytics team for Market Business Operations.
- Will work with product, technology and operations teams to drive complex data and trend analyses to root cause issues and propose ways to improve platform and tools, thereby contributing to improved customer experience.
- Benchmarking and measuring the performance of various business operations projects, building and publishing detailed scorecards and reports, identifying and driving new opportunities
Requirements:
- Can work with key stakeholders to ensure alignment of the objectives across business functions and the action plans required to achieve the same.
- Can strengthen the business scorecard for better decision making.
- Can translate high level business requirements/problems into sound and comprehensive analytical framework through: appropriate usage of advanced statistical / mathematical techniques and responsible for successful delivery of the solutions.
- Can lead the development of big data capabilities and utilization as well as the coordination. Should also be a good team player who can work cross-functionally with other groups
Tools & Technologies: Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI Google Analytics, Python/R
Qualification: 8 to 12 Years of experience
