- Candidate should be from Animal Feed Industry / Agri-input industry / companies that have rural distribution channels. Should have experience in handling a network of distributors/retailers and sales teams.
- Responsible for Sales in Punjab, Haryana and J&K, Headquartered in either Gurgaon/Rajpura (Chandigarh)/Luckhnow
- New Business Development
- Managing and guiding team for better results
- Build strong customer relationship with distributors, dealers etc. to ensure repeat business
- Gathering market intelligence to build competitive advantage
- Create the sales strategy in alignment with the overall business target
- Evaluate and determine product mix to fulfill customer needs. Develop and present sales strategies to meet the customers needs and maintain and build the business.
- Clarify any doubt & guide the sales team in work process.
- Analyse performance of sales team guide non performers to improve & take corrective action.
- Built and retain a highly motivated sales force, distributor network and manufacturers representative.
