We're seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Business Development professionals. The ideal candidate will be an expert in Demand / Lead Generation, utilizing the Social Media platforms to identify and connect with senior executives, CEOs, and Business Heads of potential clients & with BPO / ITeS experience. Your primary focus will be on driving new business opportunities through proactive outreach, strategic networking, and establishing valuable relationships.
- Building a pipeline with Business sales and development strategies, interaction with clients for business and contract administration.
- Revenue management which involve client interaction and their advisors to assess strategies based on objectives, risk assessment and identifying opportunities.
- Spearhead Lead Generation activities, Assist in RFP / RFI / RFQ process, solutions construct to develop right win themes.
- Identify Business Development opportunities across the value chain, propose solutions framework to address these opportunities.
- Develop, measure, and report on key metrics around the business including client acquisition, conversion rates, engagement rates, satisfaction and refine go to market activities as require.
- Implementation of sustainable solutions for multi-tower opportunities by leading wide-range of tactical assignments.
- Direct the analysis of sales and business development on a monthly basis.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 12 years of Business Development experience, must have experience in BPO and currently based out in Delhi / Gurgaon
- Excellent persuasion, communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Deep understanding of business processes and an off-shore business environment.
- Ability to handle high pressure situations and multi-task
- Analytical mindset - ability to understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solution
- A desire to win, allied to strong ethical values and professional integrity
