Skills -Predictive modelling, Project management, good understanding of Analytics tools - SAS, Python, Regression, R Data etc, Team handling experience.

Education - MSC(Statistics) from premier Institute like ISI / IIT preferred.

The role is based with a renowned Telecom Brand in India.

- To deliver robust analytical solutions in unstable market condition, low level of other info availability

- To apprise end users of effectiveness of analytical insights

- No proper industry level bench-marks available to follow.

Establish Advanced Analytics Framework

- Envisage the future analytical needs of the organisation & start creating the corresponding statistical framework.

- Translate the business problem into analytical problem and give the corresponding understanding to the team.

- To co-ordinate with multiple IT vendors and ensure that due diligence is maintained at their end in terms of quality & timeliness of their output.

- Assess the impact of transformation projects\ initiatives on analytical processes and ensure that the necessary risk mitigation system is in place.

Rolling out analytical solution for business consumption - Drive the solutioning approach of identified business problems for different analytical projects by identifying correct tools and techniques.

- Influence cross-functional activities across departments and geographies.

- Identify the suitable analytical solution for a business problem and ensure that it gets interpreted into actionable business solution to the end user.

Monitor & Recalibrate existing Analytical processes

- Continuously evaluating the performance of already operational analytical solutions & ensure the requisite steps are taken as & when required.

- Prepare a mechanism to ensure on-time development & implementation of challenger solution.

- Develop monitoring mechanism to ensure high quality of analytical output.

Team Management

- Lead a team of 12 members in providing analytical solutions to the business problems.

- Articulate and tactically manage issues and handle resolutions encompassing technology and new processes.

- Identify the development needs of the individual team members and facilitate the requisite trainings & hence make him \ her more resourceful from organisation perspective.
