About our Client - Our client is a market leader within the manufacturing space with rapid expansion plans in India. With acquisitions and expansion plans (Coming up with an IPO) in India they are currently looking for an experienced professional as a GM - Accounts & Taxation based out of their corporate office in Navi Mumbai. They are an Export oriented unit with 70% market share.

Job Description - Reporting directly to the Vice President - Finance, you will be responsible for overseeing the Accounting & Taxation function. You ideally have excellent knowledge of IGAAP, IFRS, should have handled Direct & Indirect Taxation (upto tribunal levels) specially the EOU formalities and capable of handling the Big 4 in audit. You must have hands on experience working in an Oracle based ERP environment.

The Successful Candidate - For this exciting and yet challenging role we are ideally looking for a qualified CA with at least 15+ years of experience gained in a manufacturing field. You must have a high degree of commercial acumen and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment. You should possess strong leadership skills; high level of integrity and the ability to communicate well with various stakeholders and senior management. You are self-motivated, resourceful with a ""hands-on"" approach when required. You are a go getter!
