DESIGNATION : GENERAL MANAGER - ACCOUNTS & FINANCE

Experience: More than 8 Years

Job Location: Mumbai

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Heading the Accounts and Finance team as General Manager,

2. Preparation of Projections & Budgets and Cash Flow Statement 

3. Responsible for preparation of Profitability Statement monthly & quarterly and yearly Financial Statement of the company

4. Working closely with the CFO to understand the financial needs of business while making strategic decisions,

5. Responsible to get accounts audited and liaise with both statutory and internal auditor

6. Defining the systems and processes and implementing the systems and processes assigning responsibilities to check the Internal Control System in the organization

7. Responsible for filing of Income tax returns, IT-TDS Return, Service Tax Returns, Profession Tax, Provident Fund and Shop and establishment License including all documentation and filing of timely returns.

8. Allocating Funds in optimum manner .

9. Providing assistance in the Company Law Matters

10. Authorizing the Vendor and supplier payments.Responsible for compliance of various legal and statutory and allied laws
