GM (Account Management) - Contract IT Staffing
- Responsible for leading the account management team and build relationships with existing clients & work closely with clients to identify their needs. Develop strategies to grow the client base and ensure that the team is providing quality, cost-effective services.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for building and nurturing the team that develops long-lasting relationships with clients. Encourage their Account Managers to gain a deep understanding of the client's needs, and develop tactics that will deliver the most appropriate products or services.
- Work cross-departmentally with operations team to ensure the client is served appropriately and finds opportunities to provide new sales opportunities with existing clients.
- Develop overarching strategies to ensure clients receive the quality and cost-effective services.
- You will act as the point of contact between the company and the client to help solve problems and achieve business goals by building trust and providing strategic and realistic solutions.
- Focus on customer retention, revenue growth, and relationship growth to measure the success of their clients' portfolios.
- You will oversee the team that acts as the point of contact between the organisation and the clients to help solve problems and achieve business goals.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all clients while building and nurturing trusted, long-lasting relationships
- Gain a deep understanding of the client's needs and what they expect from our company
- Develop tactics that will deliver the most appropriate products or services
- Use your outstanding communication skills to present to and influence key stakeholders in our company and with clients
Qualification And Experience:
1. 15+ years of relevant experience in Business Development/ Account Development/ Relationship Management/ Client Acquisition and Engagement in IT Contract Staffing. Age Not More than 45.
2. Strong team player, acts like an owner, and ultimately focused on delivering results with high standards. Makes good decisions when analysis of data is not sufficient to reach a conclusion
3. Develops original ideas, approaches, and solutions to typical, unusual, or difficult situations or problems.
4. Boundless energy and enthusiasm
5. Excellent in Leadership Qualities
6. Strong interpersonal skills, ability to develop relationships and communicate with all levels of management.
7. Flexible, approachable with a pleasant personality
8. Must be good in interpersonal relations
9. Pleasant personality & excellent in communication skills
10. Should be highly enthusiastic, diligent and excellent to work for long tenure
11. Have strong Decision making and presentation abilities
12. P & L Management (Must)
