GlowRoad - Principal/Senior Product Manager

Glowroad is building India's most profitable social e-commerce platform where resellers share the catalog of products through their network on Facebook, Whatsapp, Instagram, etc and convert them to sales. Glowroad is on a mission to create micro-entrepreneurs (resellers) who can set up their web-store, market their products, and track all transactions through its platform. Glowroad app has ~10M downloads and 2 lakhs DAUs.

Glowroad has been funded by Accel Partners and recently raised series B+ funding for a total of 24.5 million USD. We are scaling our operations across India. Position: Principal Product Manager/Senior Product Manager

As a Principal/Senior Product Manager, you will own products to enable customers (resellers) to become successful micro-entrepreneurs while achieving business goals for Glowroad.

Job Roles :

1) Own an entire product area, and define creative, high quality, and clear product roadmaps for Glowroads android app and reseller microsites

2) Develop detailed, crisp business requirements and user stories that can be used to create product specifications

3) Lead the development of the customer experience for our consumer app with A/B testing

4) Participate in in-person customer research and user studies

5) Work with engineering teams on prototyping and testing to ensure we deliver the right solution

6) Partner with technical managers on feature-related project priorities, milestones, and delivery dates

7) Dive into details (e.g., probe assumptions that led to technology decisions as well as business choices, etc.).

Required Qualification :

1) Bachelors degree with a technical discipline, MBA degree is preferred.

2) 5-8 years of professional experience

3) Minimum 2+ years of product management experience for SPM and 4+ years of product management experience for PPM, preferably in B2C e-commerce

4) Proven experience of launching a product and scaling it up from scratch

5) Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products and projects on tight deadlines

6) Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

7) Passion for creating innovative solutions for the next billion consumers
