Glowroad is building India's most profitable social e-commerce platform where resellers share the catalog of products through their network on Facebook, Whatsapp, Instagram, etc, and convert them to sales. Glowroad is on a mission to create micro-entrepreneurs (resellers) who can set up their web-store, market their products, and track all transactions through GlowRoad's platform. Glowroad app has ~10M downloads and 1 lakhs DAU's.

Glowroad has been funded by Accel Partners and recently raised series B+ funding for a total of 24.5 million USD. We are scaling our operations across India.

- Glowroad is looking for Manager Business Operations who will be responsible for cross-functional business initiatives cutting across customer support, logistics, operations, retention, and supplier support. If you have experience of solving business problems in a fast-growing startup, a knack of analyzing numbers, efficient coordination, and are a go-getter and have a self-driven attitude read on.

Roles & Responsibilities::

- Provide support for priority cross-operations business initiatives, including analysis, business requirements, stakeholder management communications, and program execution

- Assess and streamline processes in order to mitigate risk or control issues and generate efficiencies

- Support all phases of major initiative development from concept through tangible deliverables

- Convert strategies into action by liaising with cross-functional leadership and drive the changes required

- Create and manage project plans for product/process enhancements and related project initiatives

- Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity, and reliability

Qualifications and experience:

- Educational background - Graduate from a tier 1 institute - preferably IIT, NIT, BITS etc.

- Knowledge of retail, the consumer goods industry is a plus

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both written and oral; confident in interaction with all levels of employees and navigating organizations

- Ability to rapidly assimilate complex concepts and form practical solutions and take them to completion

- Be highly collaborative, team orientated and a strong consensus builder

- Strong background in project management and strategy and good analytical ability

- Strong ability to multitask- Comfort working with multiple groups within the business

You could grow in this role to lead a few business verticals and helping them to achieve their individual goals, eventually heading the entire business along with key leaders of the company
