- As Head of marketing, you will be responsible to make GlowRoad a trusted brand for resellers, build creative growth strategy for the brand, and engage customers with innovative events/campaigns. You will work closely with the operations and technology team to implement our campaigns and assess them against set goals.

Responsibilities:
- Driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention on GlowRoad's mobile platform.
- Developing brand, positioning and messaging for GlowRoad
- Planning inbound marketing and content strategy
- Manage a team of marketing managers and delegate responsibilities on SEO, SEM, branding, content and social media management
- Planning Web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, BTL and display advertising campaigns
- Building reseller communities through online and offline initiatives
- Brainstorm and implement new and creative growth strategies
- Employ a range of qualitative (user persona research, focus groups, brand perception study, etc.), quantitative (surveys, analytics, campaigns, etc) data into marketing requirements.
- Measure and report performance of all campaigns and assess the performance
- Collaborate with tech teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience
- Devise multi-channel marketing programs
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Strong mobile product marketing experience, especially in user acquisition, user engagement and brand building.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering from a reputed institute; MBA/Master's degree, a plus.
- 7-10 years of experience in marketing especially in the context of early-stage startups
- Should have experience in one or more data and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, CleverTap or MixPanel
- Ability to understand data and base his/her decisions on sound analysis.
- Ability to put the customer first.
- Displayed a high degree of ownership and executions skills in past assignments.
- Branding experience either in-house or through work with an agency
