About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and people-oriented HR professional with 3+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills:
- 3+ years of proven experience in an HR role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and labor laws.
- Proficiency in using HRMS tools and recruitment platforms (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
