Position Description :
- Develop and implement the long-term marketing and sales plan for the Digital Dispensary Business (a futuristic primary healthcare solution) of the group.
- Lead the process of identifying and developing business opportunities and markets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers, generate and increase revenue to ensure that financial and operational objectives are achieved.
- Achieve planned top line sales within the Digital Dispensary Business.
- Identifies and optimizes promotional opportunities ensuring these are well coordinated internally with the objective of securing top-end mind share across a diverse clientele representing a large part of the serviceable population.
- Guide and identify prospective clients / segments, locations, build and develop sales team.
- Drive performance of sales team to meet and exceed revenue goals selling products.
- Develop and manage teams across multiple locations, ensuring achievement of aggressive performance and sales goals.
- Analyse and proactively respond to quantitative and qualitative sales and performance results.
- Provide feedback and coaching to staff and create and maintain performance review documentation.

- 14-20 years of total experience in Sales and Marketing.
- Must be skilled in organisation as well as business build up with both a long term as well as shortterm perspective i.e. should be a strategic visionary as well as an effective implementer.
- Extensive business experience including relevant multi-site, multi-model exposure.
- Experienced in managing relationships at a senior level and managing a diverse team of people(in terms of skill base and experience).
- Must possess a track record of increasing and sustaining sales growth and profitability even in challenging market conditions or an uncertain economic climate
- Experience in project management and scaling up / ramping up operations
- Must demonstrate proven ability to motivate, coach and develop people
- Should be a good team player with a collaborative approach with high levels of self-confidence
- Must be mature and a good listener who is responsive (not rigid & reactive)
- Important to possess analytical and problem-solving skills and where required take tough decisions in a fair and transparent manner.
- Should be passionate, involved contributor (ability to translate experience into learnings) & high on execution.
