Looking for a dynamic manager with 6-8 years experience in managing a telesales workforce of 25 to 50 members
The person should be dynamic, having good communication skills, analytical, has an eye for detail and should have the following exposure:
1. Recruiting high performance individuals
2. Performance Management
3. Motivational Skills
4. Training exposure on sales techniques and other telesales procedures
5. Target monitoring
6. Analysis and reports
Experience in a highly process driven and performance driven company is a must.
Qualification: MBA in Marketing
